I’ve had to scheduled an urgent appointment for my medications. When I arrived the lady at the front desk had a really bad attitude. Then the doctor decided not to see me and required me to reschedule it. I am out of medications and they would not make accommodations for their actions. There’s always a turnover with doctors it’s never stable after not seeing a doctor in about a year I called to find out is it possible for me to see a doctor I was told no because my insurance wasn’t in their network
Dr. Lawrence has been my doctor recently after various staff changes over the years. Today I walked out of our meeting after she was rude, condescending, making no sense, combative and unprofessional. I wanted a witness in the room after she made me feel attacked and confused by her combative attitude. She has never been a good doctor nor helpful but today really crossed the line. I feel bad for anyone who is her patient and I hope they can find someone better suited and more professional in the near future.
