We do not live, or have ever lived, in their apartments, but our home is next to one of their properties in the Grandview area. Though the tenants have been pretty great, whenever we have an issue with the property, we don’t get responses. Recently, with all the snow, they were slow to shovel the walkway for their tenants and when they finally did they piled all the snow against our gate, keeping us from being able to get out. Completely negligent business. Sent a false debt to a debt collector when in reality they owe me my deposit back and I've already paid their fees twice. Then proceeds to completely stop communication. Nichole Blackburn is a nightmare to deal with and can't keep track of her paperwork.
