This review is specifically about Ogden Apartments located on E Long, one of Metropolitan Holdings many apartment complexes. It’s baffling to see how low these reviews are when Ogden’s are somehow so high, and yet, it suffers from the same issues everyone here list. I have had many ongoing issues since I’ve moved in. The walls are incredibly thin, broken door knobs on the first day and unpolished flooring. We’ve lived here for almost three months and have had lots of problems getting through to the leasing office and problems with maintenance. There was mold in our dishwasher when we moved in and it is still an issue. Maintenance came in once without notifying us at all, maintenance man said “i don’t look at the work orders” we have a big dog we put don’t come in unless we are home on the work orders for THEIR SAFETY.
