Completely negligent business. Sent a false debt to a debt collector when in reality they owe me my deposit back and I've already paid their fees twice. Then proceeds to completely stop communication. Nichole Blackburn is a nightmare to deal with and can't keep track of her paperwork.
Garbage, they took over the complex I was in, maintenance calls are outsourced. The maintenance hired is so bad they, a. don't care b. barley trained
This review is specifically about Ogden Apartments located on E Long, one of Metropolitan Holdings many apartment complexes. It’s baffling to see how low these reviews are when Ogden’s are somehow so high, and yet, it suffers from the same issues everyone here list. I have had many ongoing issues since I’ve moved in. The walls are incredibly thin, broken door knobs on the first day and unpolished flooring.
