I work here full time as a 1st year apprentice and I love it
I had a delivery for this customer in a 53' tractor and trailer. I pulled up the the front and parked on the street in front of the building. I checked in and was immediately given a dock door. The door is a straight line back. Make a left turn into the lot belonging to the business across the street and back straight into the dock. They unloaded their delivery in less than 15 minutes. Great friendly customer.
Worst work experiance ever. No training. Safety at thier convinience. Good ol boy racist culture. Usually un organized with no direction which is most likely why they have to do jobs twice. They have almost killed three people due to the above glad i got fired cause i would have been the fourth. I have never heard so many grown men cry about every thing.
