Absolutely rude and disrespectful while trying to schedule a procedure. Was referred by my doctor to do a colonoscopy and the receptionist who took my call was unbelievably rude and disrespectful while. Kiara needs to get out of customer service and should not be allowed to deal with patients directly . I had my doctor switch my referral to a different gastroentologist .
I was disappointed with the procedure process. Very uncomfortable. After I had torn skin under my upper lip from when they took off the mouth piece. My throat was so painful for 3 days. More than usual. I will never use this hospital or staff. One of the staff(male) was rude. It’s like we are a herd of cattle going to be slaughtered.
