Metropolitan Funeral Home, This July marks five years since my husband's passing. Due to my overwhelming grief, it took me four years to muster the courage to review his funeral service. I literally had such admiration for the services i have experienced in the last several years using Metropolitan Funeral Home. But, my perspective has has changed drastically after the experience I had today. I've always used the Norfolk locations and they had been absolutely wonderful. The director at the Portsmouth location ( the lady with long locs) was so unprofessional, rude, and lack any empathy for my family during their loss.
