I recently had an outstanding experience with Dr. Rabiei, a phenomenal foot doctor who truly went above and beyond in treating my plantar fasciitis. The doctor was informative on the first visit. The pharmacy they use to deliver medication to the home not organized. The phone manner when calling the office not the best at all. Attitude very disappointing.
I really feel hard done by and have to write this up. So, I was scheduled for an 8.30am appointment on Sunday. It was a no-show of the part of this company despite: (a)the unfulfilled promise that they were going to call back on Friday to firm up address, they didn't (b) the fact that they have two addresses in Queens for which none opened on the said sunday (c) the fact that the two numbers on the website kept, saying they were closed so no one picked on Saturday or Sunday (d)the fact that I had to take taxi's to the two lo... read more
