Edit (9/3): After a month, with no communication from maintenance, my dishwasher was finally replaced. I was very hopeful with this new management things would change, but I am currently standing outside of the closed leasing office at 3:40 PM on a Tuesday trying to ask about my Rent bill charges and trying to pay my rent. This place will nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. "Valet trash" that barely comes. There's only 1 trash compactor for the whole complex so it is broken or over following every Monday. Most of the time the animals get to the trash first.They FORCE you to pay for Xfinity WiFi, monthly added to your rent so the clubhouse (and the employees that live in the complex) can have free wifi. Thank you everyone for posting honest reviews. For someone like myself looking at places to rent, reading the reviews is a great help to those of us just seeing the bright shiny pictures and getting a smooth sales pitch. Based on these recent reviews I will continue my search and avoid this place. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, starting just two days after I moved in. When I first arrived, I found water all over the bathroom floor. I reported the issue immediately, but it took two days for maintenance to respond. I was patient at first, but unfortunately, things only got worse from there.
