There are rats, spiders in the apartment. As I can't reply to the original message. I am writing a second review here. I called you on the number provided. First I was told that pest control people will come on Tuesday, then Wednesday then I was told they come every 2 weeks so I have to wait for them to come again. In short I have wait for 12 days for them to come. I am expected to live in this condition with rat because the pest control people come every 2 weeks.

I rented with this apartment in 2023-2024. I moved out last December, and paid all my responsibilities. This complex sent me to collections for no reason and I have proof that my balance is 0. I’ve been calling to speak with a manager and I keep getting the run around. It’s always an excuse or when I ask for someone to follow up they never do! Do not rent with this establishment due to their communication being piss poor and not keeping up with tenants information!
Avoid This Apartment – Not Worth the Hassle My experience living here was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning went out multiple times, and water leaked from the ceiling, eventually creating a hole that was never repaired. I was forced to pay for valet trash service, which was rarely picked up and left the property looking dirty. The staff are very disrespectful. Who calls a tenant a girl? The receptionist who lives on the property. She seems to have no home training. The manager hides in the office painting her nails. She tells the other employees to inform the tenants that she is not talking with tenants until 4pm and they close at 6pm. Then when 4pm comes around she is still unavailable.
