Very wrong how my chunk of pants and face wash and brand new food was not given back to me after I went far for grocheries on my 2nd day. Not helpful.
2026: The system is obviously struggling and constantly hemorrhaging workers, but when you get a good advocate, you're set. Update: 5 months later the care is more of a joke. The new one doesn't even show up for most sessions, claiming the computer is deleting all of my appointments over and over. Casework has never happened despite me asking repeatedly for help. They didn't follow through until a month later and it was too late. I've requested a different counselor repeatedly but she just ignores it and then deletes my next... read more
