I've been through 3 counselors in less than a year. My latest one lasted 2 weeks and at the end of the appointment she tells me she is leaving the agency. I was told I was going to get a counselor that was proactive and reliable. The counselor told me now they are a team model and anybody could jump in and give me therapy. I don't want therapists that jump in and out looking into my private information. Obviously, they don't take therapy seriously which takes time to build trust with your therapist. Update: 5 months later the care is more of a joke. The new one doesn't even show up for most sessions, claiming the computer is deleting all of my appointments over and over. Casework has never happened despite me asking repeatedly for help. They didn't follow through until a month later and it was too late. I've requested a different counselor repeatedly but she just ignores it and then deletes my next appointment again. I've been going here for about 7 years. I've been going here for about 7 years. Over the pandemic they changed their entire setup and lost all their staff that had been there for years. Now there is a ton of turnover and they can't seem to provide services or any continuity of care. The people don't care and won't help. They also gave my friend services for a year with a payment agreement on a sliding scale, and sent a bill for thousands after a year. Go somewhere else if it is an option for you.
