Worse customer service ever. I came here a few years back and swore I'll never come back. They closed the Olympia Fields office in 2019 and as a result I had to come back to this location. I figured a few years later they would be better. Boy was I wrong. Still the worse customer service ever. Guess I'm forced to leave metropolitan all together now! I'm done.
