It was a pleasure to deal with Dale and Devon, the communication was excellent and they organised everything to remove a 6m long double brick load bearing wall. Dale organised the wall cutting, the crane to bring the beam inside the roof, and the welding. I requested to do the demolition myself and they left everything secure for me to do it. I’ll definitely use Dale and Devon again

Dale and his team were extremely efficient and professional. They completed a structural wall removal and the outcome was fabulous. I would highly recommend Metropolitan Extensions and Renovations.

Dale and his team installed an internal door through a load bearing wall at my house recently. The internal wall was double brick and had to be cut out with a demo saw. Dale went to great lengths to reduce the brick dust going everywhere in the house - he even setup an extraction vacuum to take the dust outside. Dale obviously has a good relationship with his subcontractors and they show up on time and do good quality work. Very pleased with the final outcome, professionalism, workmanship and honest pricing.
