I have lost count of how many times I have called the surgery scheduling line and never get a call back. Unfortunately, probably have to have surgery with him, but he really should hire some more competent staff. I can see looking at other reviews, this is a trend. Customer service does matter in the medical field.
Very nice doctor and resolved my ear issue quickly and painlessly. Explained the procedure when he entered the room and took time to listen to my problem.
