Sad to say that after shopping at metropolitan drape & blind I am very disappointed in the customer services, we had ordered new blinds from this place and when we got them the measurements where off. When we went back to correct the problem this lady Roberta that works there was so nasty and would not listen to us for a min so we can try to fix the situation. She was going to charge us an additional fee to have them fixed which we did not mind paying but still gave us problems and our blinds are still not fixed. I suggest g... read more

I had my daughters bedroom window shades custom made at Metropolitan Drape. They did an OUTSTANDING job!!! I was so pleased by the outcome. They worked hard to give me exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend them. Quality work , no problems at all. Lots of compliments.
