I have used them for a couple things. One was a sink drain clog issue and one was for routing sewer line maintenance. He was very clean both times and my plumbing is working great.
Drains Great is fantastic! I was told by another plumbing company that I needed to replace my sewer line at a tune of $17,988. I was referred to John from Drains Great for a second opinion. After reviewing the scope from the first company, he explained the line just needed to be cleaned. John came out cleaned and scoped the line - I watched the entire process and he explained everything, which cost a few hundred dollars saving me thousands. I appreciate John's expertise and honesty!
They did an incredible job, extremely professional and knowledgeable. They came up with a crafty solution that saved a bunch time and money. Great price. Will absolutely use them again when the time comes!
They responded quickly and resolved my drain issue at a commercial property that was overflowing. They are not the cheapest but also much more reasonable than the big guys.
