John was able to get us in on a short notice.
They’re great people they always come to my house and work hard they make sure we are happy and have what we need very nice people and I always look forward to when they come
Other companies quoted me $6k to $8k to dig up my basement just to retrieve a broken 20ft snake stuck in the sewer line, 5ft in from my basement clean out. Drains Great came out and fished it right out without excavating, saving me thousands. He then scoped the whole line, showed me everything on the screen, and cut out 3 root balls all the way to the city tap. Super honest guy who explains every step of the work instead of trying to rip you off with scare tactics. Found my go-to guy!
