What a wonderful experience with John today. We've had plumbing issues for quite awhile. I explained everything that was going on with "flooding ". John was the very first person to check the pipes under my kitchen sink!! He told me exactly what was going on. Made totally sense to me. He had everything working in a short amount of time. I found John to be very forthright and transparent throughout the entire process. He does a great job of walking you through exactly what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. It was refreshing to know that you were paying for good work and work that needed to be done rather than second guessing the random “necessary” up-sales that have become so common with other commercial providers.
