The day more opened I started an application and needed help. I'm 80 I followed directions and called. Never had a response from the help desk. I'm 70 not 80 but help desk never got back to me and I couldn't finish.

Maintenance doesn't fix anything literally nothing! Sad part is they want you to pay so much money for rent but can't fix literally nothing! I do not have anything heat literally no heat and it has been going on and off for the past 4 months and it's annoying whenever you make a call for them to come fix it they just ignore you like it's unbelievable.
