Dr. Strauch is excellent, I have been a long-standing patient of his and trust him so very much! The new staff is also very lovely, professional, and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Strauch and his team wholeheartedly, keep up the great work!
I was in on Friday for a very bad rash.. I received a shot which helped a lot but they were supposed to send a presentation in which my pharmacy has yet to receive!! It is now Tuesday afternoon and I have tried to call numerous times but get no answer.. just “leaves message” which I have done to no avail!!
Ms. Valentina was very Courteous, Honest and was very helpful. Her sense of humor made my day. Her Mannerism, Professionalism and Dedication towards her job and clients is on point.
