Stasia is seriously the best! She’s always so friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything. No matter what’s going on, she’s patient, positive, and makes everyone feel comfortable the second they walk in. She really goes above and beyond for the residents, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people who live here. Having someone like Stasia at the front desk makes such a difference. As an investor, this place makes it impossible to rent your units out. They also provide false information and then go back on their word. Investors beware!
Far too many problems living here. DO NOT COME HERE. I would strongly recommend sleeping in a shack then being at the metro. For starters, the constant false fire alarms will get someone killed. Second, security is a joke. We had an intruder in the building trying doors and stray bullets hit the building. Third, there is something wrong with pest management.
