The Metropolitan Condos are on the upswing! With a new management company in charge and a new competent board, many former challenges are being addressed. In short order, we have had a re-do of our pool and laundry room. Strides are being made to complete our garage by December 2025. This is a good community with owners who come together and care.
This place has a multitude of structural, safety, and maintenance issues that the building owners/ property managers do not care to fix. It has not had consistent working water and the amenities are not that nice. The water is shut off once a week for 8 - 12 hours at a time. This morning I woke up and the power to the whole building was shut down. I am moving out this weekend. I would recommend searching to live somewhere else.
if i die and go to hell it won't be so bad; at least im not at the Metropolitan Condos anymore.
