After a very disappointing accident I was really doing my research when I came across Metropolitan online. This ended up being the best body shop experience I’ve ever had. After receiving the car back I did a thorough detail, during that process you always find something, you see and touch every inch of the car. I was so impressed that the repair really is spotless, it truly looks better than before the accident. If your have a vehicle that you love and want perfect don’t hesitate to come to Metropolitan.
I brought my car in this morning fully expecting to spend thousands on paint repairs! The woman at the front desk was just as friendly and kind in person as she had been on the phone. Zeek, the technician who assisted me, was able to simply buff out the scratch—it wasn’t deep enough to damage the paint (thank goodness for my ceramic coating!). My regular mechanic recommended Metropolitan to replace my skid plate that was severely damaged after hitting debris on the freeway. They said this is the best body shop and they do solid work. I was impressed from the start since I could submit photos online for an estimate that saved me a trip to the shop. They emailed an estimate and we set up an appointment for the work. I was paying for the cost out of pocket, so I also paid a deposit to order parts so they could get started when I brought it in. Once work started, they... read more
