Brought my car here after a minor fender bender. My insurance company recommended them. Metropolitan Collision was very easy to work with and kept me up to date throughout the repair process. They really went above and beyond fixing my car, and when I got it back it was cleaned inside and out.
Took my Tesla here for repairs because they were a certified shop. Very professional. Shop looks clean and well run. When I called for updates they were quick to answer and never felt like I was bothering them. They worked well with my insurance company as well.
Eddie was very helpful and professional throughout the process. The staff did a great job repairing my car. It looks like a brand new car again (it's 10 years old). I look forward to work with Eddie and his staff at Metropolitan Collision in the future. -Susan Baltzer
