Phenomenal work. My car has a notoriously hard paint color to match (it has taken other shops 3 attempts to get right), and Metropolitan nailed it. Great workmanship, great customer service- I was never left wondering what was happening. I am extremely satisfied.
They did a great job and negotiated with the other driver’s insurance to make sure the parts fitted to our car were new and not used (as the adjuster wanted).
Don’t even bother with other shops. Metro Collision did a fantastic repair on my 911. You cannot tell a single thing happened to the vehicle prior to the accident. Andy Holder was my main contact throughout the process and I was never left guessing the status of my vehicle. Jason also was great when Andy was out of office for a couple days. I will exclusively use this shop for any Porsche repairs I may require. Other shops should take note.
Andy and his team are the very best! Their top shelf level of customer service, knowledge of all aspects of their business, attention to detail and an unparalleled finished product will have me visiting them for any little touch up in the future (hopefully no more fender benders). Can not recommend highly enough!! Communication and feedback was immediate, the people are fantastic, and the body shop excels. Thanks so much to each of you for returning my car in primo condition.
