Terrible. Waited over 2 hours just to have results read to me.
Very unprofessional experience. I scheduled a physical more than a month ahead of time because I needed it cleared to join my school’s track and field team. When I got there, the clinic had lost my paperwork and kept me waiting while they tried to figure it out. Because of the delay and poor organization, they couldn’t complete and sign the physical before my deadline. I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic. I scheduled my physical over a month in advance so I could join my school’s track and field team. When I arrived, the staff had lost my physical paperwork and had me waiting a long time while they tried to find it. Because of their disorganization, they couldn’t sign my physical in time for the deadline. Now I can’t participate in track this season even though I planned ahead and made my appointment early.
