Seems my experience is a common trend with this place. To waste as little additional time beyond what I have already done TRYING to work with metropolitan, I’ll just say, disinterested, disrespectful, and total disregard for promised follow up and timelines. Do everyone a favor and just post a sign on your door “all booked up, come back later” until you are able to fulfill a modicum of customer service and follow through (or maybe just hire more people). I visited Watertown showroom and met with one of the SA there. I literally spent over 3 hours with her going over all the details I wanted in my new kitchen, provided her with the floor plans, and all the information she needed and I explained to her that i am tight with time and needed to speed up things As much as possible. She said she will get back with an estimate in 10 days. And that was it.
