This Association is only as good as its members. Unfortunately this Association is not holding its members to its standards and code of ethics. What I've learned about Espire/NuPath's business practices is very unethical and disheartening. Its truly sad when members in an Association aren't being held accountable. The whole mediation/arbitration process appears to be very long and drawn out. Reading the process in detail it also appears to be bias toward the contractor.
