Stay away. There are a lot of roaches, and maintenance takes a long time to complete repairs

I have been living here since September and the management is amazing. Amy has been great! Today I had the pleasure of being home when maintenance came in to do repairs. Brian gave me great customer service and he went above and beyond in assisting me. Conversation and service given was great! I even had my granddaughter with me and he talked to her as well. Awesome! Thank you Brian!
Do not walk. . . . RUN away from this community as far you can. The new management here is an absolute joke. The buildings are infested with cockroaches and they openly allow tenants to smoke cigarettes inside their units. If you love living with coachroaches and the smell of cigarettes this is the community for you. Otherwise, I would run and never look back. I lived here 4 years ago when Keith managed the property and had nothing but 5 star reviews for this place. It’s sad to see this apartment community where it is now.
I’ve really enjoyed living here over the years! The staff are excellent, always welcoming, responsive, and quick to help solve any issues that come up. The location and overall environment are great, and having a washer and dryer included in the apartment is a huge plus for the rent price. It’s been a great experience so far, and I plan to continue renting here!
