This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The unit was poorly maintained, with ongoing issues like plumbing and heating that were never fixed properly. The front desk staff was openly racist and disrespectful, and treated me unfairly because of my background. Management was even worse — they were unprofessional, used threats and intimidation, and completely ignored my complaints. The building itself was dirty, noisy, and unsafe.
