I have done many loans with this company. Kevin and his team are amazing, rates are among the best I have found..
Things went from OK to horrific - I found their business practices to be nothing less than disingenuous. They failed to disclose all the lenders fees, included "miscellaneous chargers" (aka padding fees) and suggested I use an incorrect title report (despite signing documents attesting to the fact that everything we were providing to lender was true to the best of our knowledge) to expedite the closing process.
