Worst customer service!!! We were interested in getting our kitchen remodeled and were recommended by the employees of our building. When I asked questions I was given an attitude. First sign I should have walked out. I was told I had to be nice, yet it was I who was purchasing, and its my kitchen which we were discussing. The owner decided we were getting Formica for counter tops. No options were given, no discussion was had. When we realized it was Formica we went back and to was charged another $900. At first glance the place will never be on TV nor will you show off his showroom to friends and family. Yet, I will say that his prices and selection is nothing short of massive. He does have a small cabinet of each item he offers and you do get the picture of what you are buying. I would first recommend you go to a high end showroom or look online then see what you want. 7 years ago I bought all my cabinets from them. They were the best price and quality I could find. I am now refacing the doors. Giving my kitchen a new look, and my doors will now close with a touch of a finger. I am sooo happy to have a reliable and resonable dealer that I would go back to again and again !!!!
