An entire wedding party was left stranded at the church because the bus was broken down. Metropolis decided to subcontract out another bus that broke down as well. Afterward private transportation was made for the wedding party. Upon trying to get a refund we were told "Go ahead and fight it if you want. This happens about every 3 months. My advice to you would be to let it go because we don't care we're selling the company anyway." DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ARRANGE FOR A RIGSHAW BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS SCUM BAG COMPANY.

I used Metropolis Transit for my birthday and everyone was very professional. The salesman was easy to work with. I had to change a few details last minute and he made sure everything went smoothly. They are definitely more affordable than the other party bus companies that I looked at.The driver was great and on time! Overall, this company was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend to anyone!
