Tyson was amazing to work with. He made the process of purchasing our home easy to understand. Any questions we had he would promptly answer and if he didn’t know the answer he was contacting the appropriate people to get the answers for us. He got to know us on a personal level and even gifted us an amazing closing gift. If you need a realtor to purchase or sell a home I’d recommend you call Tyson!
I cannot say enough good things about Tyson. He is knowledgeable, patient, reliable, as well as hard working. He always made time to show us houses even with his busy schedule and me being more picky than most. He was very understanding of road blocks that came up along the way. I really enjoyed my experience working with Tyson, he listens and he was always in our corner. His support is unmatched, I hope to work with him again in the future and I recommend everything he has to offer.
Started out looking for a rental and called around to several realtors. They all responded, but only Tyson added a comment that said, "why not explore buying?" And when we made the decision to buy, Tyson was our first choice and we were very pleased with the entire process. He's honest, hard working, and very responsive. Tyson was great to work with. We had some issues but most were due to the sellers. Tyson did his best to make sure we had everything we needed , and walked us through the process as first time home buyers.
My family has spent more than half a year searching for our next family home. We’re from the Nashville area, so moving two states away is certainly a challenge. Tyson is the kindest man in the industry. I suspect that his realty firm (Farmer & Company) is comprised of similar people as him, but we only had official business with him. What I noticed, as I first searched eight states, and eventually 12, is that folks aren’t so helpful in this industry.
