Very convenient location to prudential center. The garage was clean, safe, and had plenty of parking. I felt very comfortable parking there. However, exiting after a large event took over 40 minutes. Nothing to be done about that, everyone was attempting to leave by the same singular exit. If you are looking to avoid the heavy traffic, I would suggest leaving the venue before the rush.
Cold dead place system is constantly down takes forever to leave
