I was looking at the warehouse project at Innova Shailer Park. From my first contact with Cherie, she was bubbly and friendly. She was quick to respond and answered all my many queries. She even took the time to show me through so I could assess the aspect of the sun on a public holiday. As someone who is in the same industry, it is really refreshing to find that kind of hustle and service in real estate, so I want to specifically commend Cherie on a job well done. She is an asset to the company.
Super helpful staff, would recommend 10/10!
Recently purchased a unit at Innova Rochedale, Cherie and Brendan were great and supportive during the process. A neat and nicely finished industrial development.
Very professional team. Highly recommend.
We purchased our shed and office space through Metropolis Development Group Pty Ltd at Rochedale and have been extremely happy with the experience. From the initial purchase through to settlement and beyond, the team was professional, responsive and easy to deal with. The quality of the development is excellent, and we have been very pleased with our office space and the overall presentation of the complex. It’s clear that a great deal of thought and care has gone into creating a professional environment for business owners.... read more
