I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional service and poor customer care I experienced. I had booked an appointment several days in advance and arrived 20 minutes early to complete the necessary forms. After waiting for half an hour past my scheduled time, I still had not been seen by a dentist. Consequently, I left the clinic without receiving the treatment I needed.
