I've been going to this place for years. Service is good, but there are a couple of times that they shifted my appointment by 1-2hr on the same day without having my consent. I learnt about the rescheduled time through a notification text which was sent a couple of days before the appointment date. Most recently I got a voice message asking if I was able to take an earlier spot on the same day, then I received the notification text for my rescheduled appointment which I have not said yes to.
