They can deal with a minor repair. However, if you really have a problem with your bike, they'll just offer you to exchange all the parts for a new ones which skyrockets the price. Rude service, and they don't like when you ask questions.
For a couple of novices who knew nothing about bikes, the folks at Metropolis spent a ton of time explaining, reviewing, fitting and making us feel very comfortable with our choices. We had plenty of options, had several opportunities to "test ride" different models and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful....while explaining things simply without making us feel like complete idiots. We ended up riding out of there with 2 new bikes (at a discount) and had a great experience at this store. Couldn't reccomend... read more
