Great in and out easy parking! I wanted to leave a review because the new girl working was so kind and helpful.
I wish I could give negative stars for this parking experience—it was incredibly frustrating. I purchased parking from them, but the first time I tried to enter, the main entrance wasn’t working. I called their emergency number and was directed to enter through a different door. Now, I’m unable to exit the parking garage. I contacted their customer service repeatedly over two days, but they kept saying they couldn’t resolve the issue.
