SCAMMERS !!! and horrible access. * They tried to charge me $60.50 instead of $6 becase they didn't process the payment. * No way to enter back for your car unless you get lucky. Sure, you'll pay for the extra time you needed. ------------------------------------------ I followed all the steps for paying. Uncertain process!! Their system confirmed I would be charged once I leave with my car. A month later, I got a notification: I have to pay the $6 parking fee plus $54.5 notice fee. They didn't process the payment!! Don't park here if you expect to be able to access your car easily. If you leave the parking garage on foot there is no way to get back in without chasing down a security guard from the building next door. In the modern world this is ridiculous.

Hello. I just had an horrible experience with your garage security. I asked her for her name after being literally screamed at and she said her name was Roxanne. I parked in this garage as my job is near by and I came to my car to grab something on my break. I asked Roxanne in a professional manner, what door do I exit and she began screaming at me pointing at the door, saying "hello do you not see it right here", "Did you not hear me the first time" and a few other things were shouted out.
