Uncontrolled parking lot, nobody pays, everyone covers their license plates and waits for an opportunity to get ahead of the car in front. They've already caused several accidents and the workers do nothing. My friend and I parked in a Metropolis garage in Brooklyn. The sign out front said it was public parking for the residential building we were going to, the gate was open when we drove in, and there was a large sign on the wall listing daily prices. However, there was no parking attendant or intercom. We attempted to leave immediately, but the floor-to-ceiling metal gates would not open. A shopping center parking is expected to be free. This one is not. Everything looks like it’s a free parking, no ticket, just drive in and out, then they bill you over SMS
