Horrible. Dont commit to these thieves. Id rather walk a little further away and walk. Last time i was there i pulled up to the gate. I was informed parking was 20 for an event. I backed out and parked on the street. They still charged me even after disputing it. Never never again!!!
Parked here with two vehicles for a performance at the Straz. Followed the instructions on the signs which have a qr code. Filled out all the details and done. When we left, the gate opened and we received notification that we were leaving and bill paid. No issues. Felt safe and clean.
Scam Alert! This place is a scam. I parked there mid December, I did what the sign say, scanned the QR code and setup the payment with credit card, when I left three hours later, the gate was open, no human works there. I went on the reservation message and clicked on the only option that I left the parking. A month later, I received a letter that I awe $65 parking fees included $40 administrative fees. Clean safe convenient parking garage! Easy in and out. Payment very easy, ALL DIGITAL! Cost was very reasonable. Will definitely use again. Great parking for Straz events.
We went to see Les Miserables at the Straz in Tampa and the Straz recommended prepaying for parking, so we did. On the night of the performance we arrived at the garage, entered and parked, there was no option to scan the parking pass and no attendant. At the end of the show we went back and got into our car, there was a long line to get out and we had to wait to even pull out of our space.
