DO NOT PARK at a metropolis parking garage/area they will double or triple charge you and keep your card on file so if u drive into one of their lots it will automatically charge you. AVOID this company at all cost!!!! They are a scam! If you get a letter in the mail for a notice fee call and say u are not paying a dime for their nonsense.
REVIEWS ARE NOT LYING! parked here despite the warnings, double checked my payments went through and took screen shots. WITHIN A WEEK they sent me a non compliance. Nuuh. Even with a confirmation email. You should know it bad when they have a dispute website. This spot is a gross scam theyre preying on the stupid who dont cover themselves.

Exiting 3-5 minutes late resulted in a 92 parking fine. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t ever park here
SCAM!!! Avoid this parking lot at all costs!! The app doesn't work. You will be charged and then still get a notice of non-compliance in the mail. $23 parking spot is now a $92 citation with threats of towing or booting. They know the app is faulty and still send your information to a recovery service. SCAM!
