BEWARE! This lot preys on visitors. If you’re at a hotel, do NOT use them, they will double charge you if you come and go. We ended up paying almost $60 when we arrived after 6 p.m. left for dinner and returned a few hours later. We left at noon the next day. So, parking with Metropolis for an overnight stay (at the Sonesta Hotel Inner Harbor) was essentially double charged. There are other much more reasonable options with honest companies. I was charge $27.30 for 2 hours of parking what a rip off.parking garage at Charles Street.
Charge my card on a Sunday when my car is parked in my GARAGE!!! Ridiculous!! Fraudulent!! I will be calling my bank to dispute.. my car can’t be 2 places at 1 time!!!
Good parking but be careful, the price says $15 for 15 hours and then it says $27 for the whole day...I parked for 8 hours and was charged $27
I do not recommend this garage. Like many others have reported, I paid the flat rate upon parking but later received an unexpected $45 collection notice.
