Great parking space and good distance if going to chase field but the price hike is crazy. Used to be 20 for game day parking now $60 for game day parking disappointed as it was just $20 LAST SEASON

Beware about pre-paying for this lot. Went this weekend for a game, get to the lot and it’s completely full. No one there to check/save for people who have pre-payed. Frustrating experience to then have to drive around looking for parking, pay again and also missed part of the game. On top of that, they won’t give a refund because the reservation was active, even though I couldn’t park.

We paid the attendant $40 cash, he drives a white charger with a big Raider decal on back window. We didn’t notice the parking ticket on our window when we left because it was dark. I looked into it and now I’m being charged $85 on top of the $40 cash. I will dispute this ticket. But I don’t recommend this lot. They should have a QR code sign at the entrance for payment up front instead of allowing someone to take cash from you.

I paid $30 to park here on a Friday night to attend a Diamondbacks game. It was a reasonable distance from the field. Only bad part was having to cross 2 sets of railroad tracks to get to it. Pretty easy to get out of the lot after the game.
