This garage is not ADA compliant and not accessible to everyone. Both elevators have been broken for weeks. If you park here get ready to use the stairs and make sure you somehow find the code to access your car when you return

Total scam and a serious safety hazard. The elevators are completely out of order, and the door access is locked and incredibly difficult to locate. We were left stranded outside until a local homeless man had to help us find our way in. Utterly unacceptable and dangerous.
It’s a trap. It lets you park and exit but you can’t get back to your vehicle. Then once in the gate wouldn’t open. Metropolis corporate is no help. If you fall for it like I did the valet at the Hyatt is connected to the garage and they helped.
