Just as every review says the parking attendant had a horrible attitude. Barks at people to step back and wouldn’t even turn around so I could tip him at the end. Just a rude attitude when we got there and when we left for no reason. Would never park here again. I have no idea how the owner doesn’t read these reviews and make a change. Avoid this parking lot.
The parking lot guy always harasses custormers , definitely not a good experience. Parking a car and then taking it out doesn't have to be a battle. Management, Please discipline this guy
Booked through SpotHero and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had anywhere. The attendant was extremely rude and aggressive from the start, yelling at customers and blaming everyone for issues that were clearly on their end. They require you to use a link that didn’t even work, and instead of helping, he just kept shouting and acting like everything was your fault. Zero professionalism, zero customer service. Wish I had read the reviews first. Avoid this garage.
One of the rudest attendants. They charge $60 for 12 hours overnight. Then, they make you scan a a QR code to enter all your own info (drivers license, plate, credit card). If I’m paying that much to park the car, they should be entering the info and making the process easier. When we had trouble with the portal, the attendant refused to help, saying it was an issue with my phone. Attendant was about the rudest human I’ve ever met. Could not have given less of an effort to communicate or inform us about the prices or times. We left bc we didn’t want to deal with him a second time.
