Deceptive pricing! The sign said $1 for the first hour, but when I left after 20 minutes I was charged $1.99. When I drove by again to confirm the price, I saw a teeny-tiny "+fees" on the sign. Just add the fees to the price OR make the "+fees" bigger on the sign!
