Do not expect professionalism from them. Especially that staff named Jesus. Has a very nasty attitude, acts like he owns the place. Management should do better in holding their staff accountable. First time I’ve ever encountered a parking attendant who refuses to park your car. If they are keeping staff like that, arrogance and a negative attitude will soon be accepted as their standards. Unacceptable.
Affordable pricing and great parking location
Please do not use this place for parking. They will scratch your car and say they didn’t and manager woman that works in the day has no customer service and is very rude. She was told several times that parking spots are being held with cones by her employees and other customers are not allowed to park there. If you’re not willing to tip they will not treat you with respect.
Very helpful and kind staff! Especially the bilingual French / English speaking gentleman at the front desk - thank you for your help! Great prices and beats driving around Flushing losing your mind looking for a spot in gridlock traffic !
