BE CAREFUL!!!!!! Absolutely avoid this parking lot!!!!!! This was the worst parking experience I’ve ever had. I scanned the QR code to pay for parking. The app is extremely confusing because two different parking lots share what appears to be one continuous open area with no fences, barriers, or clear physical separation. Fair warning - do NOT park here!!! This place is a scam. We paid the parking using their QR code, I watched my friend pay and get confirmation for this lot. When we came back they had booted my truck and claimed we paid to park at a lot in Houston - how did we get to Houston and back in 2 hours? - and made us wait 2 HOURS with a small child in the parking lot and pay an additional $138 to unboot the truck even though it was their mistake! This place is extortion, fraud, and honestly these people need jail time.
DO NOT park here! My car was booted because I mistyped my license plate number. $90 to have the boot removed. At the time I parked, there were no other cars in the parking lot.
