They’re payment platform performs as if they’re trying to not get paid. I responded to their internal survey email to mention it, but the link provided malfunctioned as well.
Their payment platform is misleading. You may end up paying twice, once for the parking upfront and then for an undeserved ticket you can't dispute successfully. I will suggest using other parking lots in the area if possible.
The app rejected my debit card guess they need credit cards..
Kinda hard to justify paying the expensive parking downtown and then on top of paying, also getting a ticket for no reason. Called and honestly no real help. Wish it wasn’t all digital now.
I received validation for parking, but the QR code wouldn't scan. I went to the parking attendant for assistance, and Metropolis charged me before I left the garage and before I could get help with the parking validation. Their customer service has been totally unhelpful and unreasonable.
