Avoid this garage at all costs. I have been parking here for years, never had an issue until Metropolis took over. Now, you can no longer pay in person but have to use the posted QR code to access their website. My phone screen spun for over an hour trying to load their website- which I could ultimately not get to work that evening. I had no way of creating an account or paying for my parking. Beware that the Alamo Drafthouse parking validation is NOT valid for the Metropolis garage, only for the Toyota garage. The Toyota Garage was pretty full during an event, and so we were directed into this garage by the parking staff. We thought it would still be included with the Alamo validation, but it was not and Metropolis did not honor the validation or give on any dispute.
