I very rarely write reviews, but my experience with this garage was so atrocious that I am compelled to comment. It took approximately 50 minutes to collect my car, despite arriving to retrieve it on time. Upon receiving my car, the parking attendant did not even apologize for the delay. When I commented on how long it took, the parking attendant retorted that he didn’t even work there…& looked confounded when I asked why he was driving my car. He said he was just helping since they were understaffed. Complete circus.
prepaid thru parkwhiz the night before and they were full. why would they allow parking in booked spots
prepaid through spothero 2 weeks in advance. got to the parking garage at the exact time and was told lot was full. First time ever that has ever happened to us.... attendant said it wasn't his problem and we can figure out how to get a refund. ended up parking right across the street at 159
