If you book on a website you should cancel it and book another spot. They will say they have space and when you show up the guy will tell you he already sold your spot to someone else.
Terrible experience. I booked and prepaid through SpotHero, but when I arrived, there were no available spaces. The attendant was extremely rude and unkind - he basically forced me out of the garage and simply said there was no room, without offering any help or explanation. What is the point of accepting reservations if you cannot honor them? Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
This place tried to scam us twice. Pre paid my reservation under my license plate and when I went to pick up my car they had changed the plate and state and tried to charge me again. Avoid at all costs.
Warning! Very disappointing experience. This parking garage advertises an Early Bird Special between 6–9 AM for $22, but they charged me $34 instead. When questioned, staff made excuses and claimed their rates “change every hour,” rather than honoring the advertised price. Management was no help—the manager was unprofessional and showed very poor customer service. Be careful with the advertised rates and confirm the price before parking.
This is the worst!? You can park with spothero & pay spothero. But the garage company wants your name, email, phone, and credit card on file??? Even after you book with spothero, they still want your data and why the card number? Look at other reviews.. waiting 50 minutes also for them to release my car!! Called a Manager, Attah, who doesn’t pick up and a teller who barely speaks English. According to their rules they don’t tell this things in advance.
