Worst customer service ever. They charged me for a service they did not provide and refused to reimburse me despite all the evidence I provided that the charge is erroneous. I will never use them again.
This company has a broken app and doesn't respond to emails. I selected 3 hours but the app showed 10 hours and there was no way to change your selection in the app. I emailed and put in a support ticket and they never responded.
Do not validate parking for 10 hour stays. Double charged even after paying.
