This is lot is Charlotte's best hidden hack for cheap parking!
An unlawful and predatory company who scams people who pay for their parking. I documented all proof of payment for my parking spot, and they still tried to falsely accuse me of non-payment despite all of the proof. I highly advise a class action lawsuit against this company, as one can only imagine how many innocent victims they have preyed upon. BBB should definitely intervene.
DO NOT BUY A SPOT IN ADVANCE ONLINE. They don’t tell you online that they’re actually a third party booking company and that they cannot/will not guarantee you a parking spot when you get there, so it’s essentially a giant waste of time/money.
