The elevator in the garage is always down. It been down for over a month now. They need to change the company they are using because it's not working. They fix it in the morning and you get back it’s ddown. Not if even know what they are doing. I had surgery on my left ankle and I can not walk up those stairs or the ramp.
I am a monthly parker. Today while going out, the gate did not go up. Luckily an attendant was there and had me follow directions on the sign to text metropolis. The text response was to submit a payment. There should be an option to speak with someone or text them. I was not going to pay again since I already paid. Please adjust your text response. Thank you
In less than a year from what I understand they have raised monthly Parking by 29%. This is really outrageous . First 26% then recently 3 % more, ripping the community. They say because of pricing etc and issues. Yet the bathroom are mostly closed, one elevator working, not always someone there, except during the day. Issues with the gates at times. The staff very nice and only so much they can do.
