DO NOT PARK HERE! They will send you a bill with a $54 “notice-fee” for no reason at all. Save yourself from this scam and park elsewhere. Their customer service is incredibly unhelpful!
Impossible to find a SAFE pedestrian entrance when all the doors you exit out of are locked behind you. There is a sign that says, "no pedestrians on ramp" but that's the only way in and out when all the doors are locked at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Would not recommend ever

When you scan the code on the wall the aplication opens up, very confusing, You got trap trying to figure out how it wors, I park only for 8 hrs on saturday 06/07/25 so I got out from the parking garage and surprise " i got charge $53.00 THEY CHARGED ME SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND EVEN FEW HOURS ON MONDAY
Parked here on Saturday. Signed up to park (there are no tickets - you have to essentially sign up for their app to park) and, of course, got scammed. I got hit with a $40 fraudulent charge because their website has a bunch of scammy ads on it. My credit card company caught it, but I had to get a new credit card because of it. I'm not sure whether Metropolis itself is involved in the scam, or just allows scammy advertisers on its website, but either way they're putting their customers in danger of identity theft.
