A lot of issues with billing, and the customer service team is slow to respond. Not happy with the service so far. I do not recommend them if you can avoid.
We Stayed at a hotel in the arts district of Annapolis and planned not use our car while on a 3 day visit. The hotel parking fees were outrageously expensive! The hotel valet worker whispered in our ear to check out the parking garage down the street. We did and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to drive in and park. No gates or tickets!
