I’ve used the automated parking system before but suddenly they lost my license plate number and billed me twice for non payment issues. Overall poor and stressful experience and hard to tell when their system is working or not. All around would recommend elsewhere.

Parked here for a concert at CFG Bank Arena. Easy way in and easy way out. Staff was prompt and there were plenty of spaces available. I was suspicious of it at first given the lack of online reviews. But this will be my go-to spot for future events.

This is a self park facility. I parked there without issue for two weeks at the early bird rate of $13 (for 8 hours). The third week, I was charged $25 the first day and was told it was a glitch. The next day, when I parked it appeared to be back to $13 when I parked, but when I left the amount charged was more than $30. I called Customer Service and was advised there’s no Early Bird rate at this location (even though it’s posted there and online still today).
